Clearing, grounding & blessing - rooted in the kabbalistic map of the soul, realigning your inner field and restoring its flow.
Hands-on clearing to realign your field, release what is held & restore flow.
A session moves along the body's channels the way sap rises through a tree — tracing where vital force has stalled between the Sefirot and coaxing it back into flow. We begin grounded at the roots in Malkhut, draw the current up through the trunk of the spine, and clear what has pooled in the heart of Tiferet. Expect hands-on clearing, breath paced to the tide, and a closing seal of still water. You leave lighter, realigned, returned to your own current.
Cleansing rituals for the inner aura — light, breath & sacred oils.
The aura is Or Makif, the encircling light — like morning mist gathered around the soul, which can grow heavy or thin. Each blessing clears and re-weaves that outer field with candle flame, the smoke of dried herbs, spring water, and oils pressed from plant and root. We move through the four elements in turn — earth to steady, water to wash, air to lift, fire to seal — restoring the luminous boundary that holds and protects you.
Practices to root you in the body & the earth, steadying the nervous system.
Malkhut is the kingdom of the earth — the soil into which all higher light must finally land. Grounding work plants you back here: barefoot stillness, breath drawn down like roots seeking water, the weight of stone held in the palm. We settle the nervous system through slow, earth-paced rhythm and the steadying presence of natural materials, until you become a vessel rooted enough to hold everything the higher Sefirot pour down.
Consecrated pieces — talismans charged with intention to carry the work with you.
Each piece is grown from the work itself — set with stones, seeds, or metals chosen for the Sefirah a wearer most needs, then charged with intention and blessed before it is given. Like a pressed flower keeping the season, a talisman holds the thread of a session against the skin. Worn through ordinary days, it roots the sacred in the everyday and quietly calls you back to your center.
